These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as destination, shipping method, order size, and applicable carrier rates.
The available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package has been shipped.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photographs of the package and damaged item so our team can review the situation and assist you.
9. International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's authorities.
These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping fee unless specifically stated at checkout.
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 USD.
Please note that international orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing or circumstances outside of our control.
10. Multiple Items in One Order
If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on inventory, fulfillment, or shipping arrangements.
You may receive separate tracking information when applicable.

Daizhia Vu is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
